ACCOMMODATION
The accommodation is very spacious and great care has been taken to ensure the highest standards in comfort and amenities prevail within the villa.
There are two master bedrooms with double beds, one with en-suite shower room. The other two bedrooms have twin beds. Two family bathrooms have full suite. The large modern fitted kitchen includes full cooker, microwave, fridge freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and a host of other appliances. An archway leads to the dining area with eight place dining suite. The impressive lounge with feature marble fire-place is extremely well-appointed with sofas and easy chairs. Here is a place to relax with a good book, music from the CD system, a video or satellite TV (with card). Additional facilities are a computer with a wireless Internet connection, and a PlayStation 2. The accommodation enjoys a daily maid service 5 days per week with towel change and weekend supply. Bathrobes are also provided.

OUTSIDE
French doors lead from the lounge to the garden and sun terrace which overlooks the spectacular heated swimming pool, jacuzzi, hot tub and childrens pool. The spacious terraces include patio furniture and easy chairs partly shaded by a verandah for maximum relaxation by the pool. There is a large built-in barbecue-bar for al-fresco dining. A separate shaded recreation area with table tennis and American billiard table together with an exercise bench for the energetic, complete the poolside facilities. A short distance from the resort lies the major development of the Fuerteventura Golf Club. The golf course is reached through the five-star hotel Elba Palace Golf, which houses the clubhouse; just a few minutes walk from the villa. A shopping complex with supermarket, shops, bars, restaurants and bowling alley has opened as part of the complex.

ACCOMMODATION
The villa is very spacious and appointed to a high standard with quality furniture and fittings throughout. The accommodation is to ground floor and comprises: Three bedrooms with integral wardrobes and twin beds. OUTSIDE Double patio doors lead out on to a large sun terrace, partly shaded by a pergola where there is a large table and chairs: - perfect for al-fresco dining. An ample sun bathing terrace with sun-loungers surrounds the superb 8 metre freeform heated swimming pool amidst an abundance of tropical plants including palms and weeping fig. An outside shower and a Canarian style barbecue complete the poolside facilities. Exterior stairs to the side of the villa lead up to a large roof-top solarium ideal for sunbathing and perfect for that all-over tan. From the solarium there are spectacular views over the golf course to the distant sea and mountains.

FOR GOLF ENTHUSIASTS
The Fuerteventura Golf Club opened in April 2002. The course is 18 holes par 70 of 6049 metres from the championship tees. There are 2 loops of 9 holes starting and finishing at the clubhouse. Features include three lakes connected by a stream, all of which come into play. The club facilities include: driving range, chipping and putting greens, Pro shop, changing rooms and bar restaurant.
